We loved it! The street in front of the hotel was blocked for a village festival, so the staff carried our luggage 100 meters to the hotel. The menu for the night was hamburgers; as Americans we know hamburgers, and this was one of the vest we've had! The breakfast has all local products and was great -- a good value at 14 euros. Highly recommended!

While the hotel is old, it's been decently updated (could use a bit more, but not a big deal). The real plus of this hotel is the service, which is outstanding. On my first night there, I had a problem with mosquitoes in my room. They moved me to a nearby room just for the night, helped me with my belongings, then took care of everything in my original room, which was super-comfortable with a great bed. The breakfast is all homemade, and the entire staff is terrific. I'll definitely stay there...
I loved this stay. It's a simple, but elegantly run hotel. I enjoyed the outside garden for relaxing before dinner. The meals were optional; however, I enjoyed both and loved meeting fellow travelers. The staff were both welcoming and professional.
