"Wont recommend this hotel. No toothbrush , shampoo/ conditioner, no telephone to contact front desk. TV is not operational. Toilet flush is not working. I know i get what i paid for but basic grooming essentials must be available. There are inns around that offers better services at a cheaper price and with free breakfast."

"I came in early to see if my room was available they were not even able to fill up my reservation until an hour so later even after my check in i still had to wait another 30 minutes after already waiting for about an hour and a half the room that was occupied by someone who allows who hasn't checked out yet. There are supposed to check out by 12 and they didn't get to check out until after 2:30. There wasn't any trash cans in my room so i had to keep asking for them to throw my trash away...

"hotel was nice. unfortunately the renovation dowstair and awarness of hotel.staff was poor. the communication between staff was not working. and they did not know what to do about booking. they must learn how the booking is done.they ask more money what i paid and tell we not pay enough. complicate to solve"
