A genuine Four star. All the amenities of a Four star hotel. BRAND NEW ESTABLISHMENT. Breakfast buffet is good. Very clean rooms. Safe parking. Overall good deal for the money.

I had the pleasure to stay in many 5 stars hotels in Kiev, Fairmont is one of the top hotels when it comes to facilities, condition, room space and their staff. I would recommend the hotel for business trips for sure

Modern, very central, new building with very nice room. Excellent bed and pillows, Bathroom is small with walk in shower. The view on city from most rooms is nice.

Good location good hotel

Stayed 6 days during the new year. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The facilities were fantastic.

The location and overall architecture of this hotel is fabulous. Located on the Black Sea, you get that old world feel of Ukrainain culture. The staff was incredible, with a 24 hour Resturant, and room service, serving my every need, if they didn't have an item on the menu, they obtained it. The Opera Hotel is on a quiet street where you can relax in luxurious comfort, without any pretension. The beds, linens, and bathroom amenities are excellent and you feel pampered, but your privacy is respected as well.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in recently. They honor the VIP access and provide an upgrade. Room was incredibly specious, Clean, Modern and beautifully designed. Breakfast was rich and tasty. The hotel is walking distance to the city center. Highly recommend.

My trip to Odessa was made extra extraordinary by my stay. The staff, the room, the restaurant were great. The bad part is I didn't want to leave and experience other aspects of the city. Such a problem!
