"We spend a whole week in the hotel. Since the beginning everything went not well. We were traveling with some friends, we requested to be close and well… it was “not possible”. The first night while having dinner we were eating and they take off our plates while literally eating!
Next day they turned off the lights while eating dinner, 20 minutes before the end of the time.
One night we come back to the hotel and they didn’t let us get in the hotel with the taxi, they leave us at the loading dock, in the back part of the hotel, I really don’t know at which point a 5 * hotel decided that is a good idea to forbid the entrance to some guest, we were with 2 kids, one in a stroller and another 8 years old. They leave us in a dark and creepy place . I really don’t know how they dare to treat guests that way.
Another bad thing was the room… the shower was dirty and the shower door didn’t close, it was awful. They have stuff to make a fast coffee but they don’t provide cups, they have paper cups. I would understand this if the reason was safety but I don’t think so because they let people to get in the pools and in the beach use glasses.
I do not recommend this hotel, the building was good but the service makes it a bad place to stay, if you think you are going to be in a 5* resort you are wrong, at least is a 2-3*

"El lugar increible , otro tipo de llegada al mar , es como bajar por la escalera a una piscina pero bajas al mar , el personal de primera , la comida buenisima ( desayuno se sirve hasta las 12pm), los precios de la comida acompañan al hotel , cuartos muy cómodos y la vista muy linda , no es un hotel barato pero los vale 100%"
