"I will start off by saying Josh has been amazing our whole time in the hotel illetas in Mallorca! He has provide excellent service and has shown outstanding professionalism our whole time at the hotel and has given us any additional accomodations we have needed. He is an amazing human!! I will return back to this hotel & Mallorca soon."
"The check in time is at 3:00pm which I know is standard but for early morning arrivals and nothing is open is pretty brutal and they won’t budge on the time. Unless you get a sweet and helpful associate who will see how to make it work."
"We enjoyed this hotel as it is close to many attractions, dining, and shopping. About 1.5 miles from the Port for our cruise. We stayed one night before our cruise and the room was a nice size with a balcony. After our cruise we retuned and stayed two nights. The room was much smaller no view. Disappointed. However, the overall experience was great."
