"Overall my stay was good. The staff were polite, the faculty were clean and in good condition, and the food was very good.
Unfortunately, the checkout experience was very disappointing. I had an early flight at 7am and arranged a 5am pick. I was waited ovy15min. which already made me worried about missing my flight.
Because I was in a rush, I paid what I was told and left. However, as I was about to exit the hotel, security stopped my car and asked me to return to reception. Two staff insisted I had additional charges for tax and food.
At this point, I strongly felt I was being overcharged, and the situation became stressful. I didn’t have time to go back in forth correcting them, as my only priority was catching my flight. I told them to charge me my card whatever they believed was necessary so I could leave. The way the situation was handled felt like was being hassled and
