stayed 2 nights and had no lights in our room apart from in the bathroom. So we checked out on our last night in the evening and went to another hotel.

"Beautiful hotel, very clean, modern rooms. The VIP elevators alone make this an amazing place to stay. The Gold members / VIP members have their own elevators that take them straight to ground floor or back to their room without the hassle of going to lobby and multiple elevators. We skipped the breaks fast option, but we were offered discount of 120 riyal per person if we decided to add it all. "
"Novotel in the uk was never appealing to me, I always saw it as a rubbish budget hotel. That is until I stayed in Novotel Makkah. Firstly just the aesthetics alone are luxury. Never would you associate this type of hotel with basic or budget. I could not believe Novotel could have these types of hotels like the 1 in Makkah. The food is something spectacular but what makes this hotel the best I’ve ever stayed in, in my 40mins of life was the staff.
