"Overall, my stay was excellent and the staff did a great job. However, as we were getting into our Uber to leave for the airport, the Radisson van driver chose to force his vehicle into the space right next to us; even though there were multiple open spots available.
He parked so aggressively and so close that he nearly hit our Uber or us. Instead of waiting one minute for us to leave or simply asking us to move, he acted impatient and created an unnecessary situation. His behavior was rude, unprofessional, and showed a complete lack of courtesy.
This was the only negative part of my stay, but it was significant and should be addressed."
"What a lovely and excellent spot.
You have to be careful pulling into their parking as the entrance is both steep and tight. But its very accommodating. You have a restaurant right within the property if so desired. 24hr parking for 20 euro is fantastic. Easy access into the old city by foot. The room i had recieved is quite modern and very comfortable. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful.
