Spent one beautiful night at this property. The service was impeccable and the room absolutely beautiful. By far the best airport hotel I have ever stayed in and that number is high. BRAVO!!

We are so glad we chose this hotel for our last night in Tokyo. Fantastic staff. Room was spacious with good amenities. Great bed. Blackout shades. Very quiet despite being on a busy street. Just a block away from the nearest train station, and free shuttle to the airport (Haneda).

This is a stylish hotel, clean and convenient, with good food. My room had no desk, so it is not convenient for business.

First stayed in Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki in 2024, only knowing it was near the train station. Stayed again in 2025 knowing what I know now — and will certainly stay here again in the future. Great hotel. Amazing location right next to the tracks. Just down from the hotel are all the shops and restaurants that you could want. Easy traveling to and from the hotel. Everything was great! The rooftop bar is worth trip all by itself. He’ll definitely be booked in the future.

Our stay at Hotel Niwa made our Japan trip exceptional! As American travelers in our early 30s, we found this place to be a gem in Tokyo. This is the nicest hotel I think we've ever stayed in, and we travel a bit. I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere, regardless of price or rating, where there wasn't some small thing a bit off -- even five-star hotel rooms have some gross dusty corner, if you look hard enough.
