Two suggestions. Make room service menu available without WhatsApp. In fact, the room service never even sent the hard copy of the menu (I don't use WhatsApp) even two hours after they told me. Second, hire more staff - wait time just to get help with the luggage at the time of checkout was over 40 minutes. For water, had to call twice after waiting for an hour. Not sure if it's logistics or low on staff, that's the only areas of improvement. But excellent overall!"
"We needed a room for about 8 hours near the airport and this served our needs beautifully. The hotel arranged airport pickup and drop off. Check-in was quick as was room service. The beds were comfy and the room was quiet for our quick nap. "
