6/10 Okay
"Had to change rooms from 610 to 616 because shower head is very unconfortable for women that do not want to wash hair and fouset was to close to the wall. I tried to get water with with a glass and I broke it since my hands were slippery with soap. This time hotel did not honor launch room as a previous reservation done with Expedia, but this time they did not do it.
Did not like it at all."
"This was the perfect location and hotel for my family (2 parents, 2 kids, 1 grandparent).
It was super close to the car rental we used with available parking in the front and back of the hotel.
My kids greatly enjoyed the clean pool with the beautiful murals painted along the perimeter.
We only stayed 1 night but were very much satisfied with the experience. The room was clean, had a good amount of space for a 1 night stay. I did notice that there was an odor from the bathroom, but I wonder if it was was the sewage system from the city. The odor was noticeable but not overwhelming.
The food was good and a bit pricey. The wait for dinner took a bit longer than expected because there was a large group ahead of us.
The staff was absolutely helpful, polite, and charming! One staff member, Santos, was super kind to my family as he showed and talked to us about the mango tree. When a few mangos fell from the tree, he graciously gave us the fallen mangos!
I would most definitely return to this gem!!"
"Well you can’t get a proper rest between the traffic noise (18 wheelers) all the time and other noises in the property like something was being dragged on roof or something . Very small rooms which I guess enough to just sleep if you’re able to. But was clean. Stuff at hotel. Not friendly at all it fell like I was bothering them at check in not a single smile. Except talking to each other guess that’s normal for customer service? But you get what you pay for. Just needed to sleep but didn’t even get that. Parking is limited as well "
