The check in and out process was fast and easy. The staff at the front desk and elsewhere were very friendly. The room was very clean and perfect for my stay. All guests have access to a lounge on the fourth floor equipped with a coffee machine, beverages, snacks and filtered water. The hotel is located above a beautiful community center and is 30-40 minutes from the airport, depending on traffic. Parking is free. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel.

Side of property is under construction. Staff was helpful and prompt. Restaurant charged $4.00 per “unit” of tiny shrimp, which were overcooked. Restaurant service poor.

Nicely finished hotel with a heated outdoor pool and Jacuzzi. We had parked in the Village for $10/day and left our car there rather than park at the hotel for $19/day. It was a short walk and although we had small children, we did not have much luggage so it was manageable and enjoyable walking in the snow. The hotel needs a renovation in many ways. However, the location, spacious rooms, easy covered parking and friendly staff really made up for any imperfections. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

We didn't get in until around 9 pm, went to sleep soon after and took off for our 750 mile car trip around 6 am. The beds were comfortable as was the shower.

We had the absolute best time staying here. All the staff took great care of us. My service dog (Fenrir) took quite a liking to Beny, the owner. Fenrir loved having his own balcony to sleep on since he preferred the cold. Would love to add photos but it's not working... The location of the lodge couldn't be more perfect! The hotel is located about 20 minutes away from the Montreal city. The rooms , bathroom and the dining area is very clean and well kept. The staff if friendly. We enjoyed staying there.

One of the most comfortable rooms I’ve stayed in! Great bed, great pillows, and wonderful shower! Very clean and neat and modern. Located right in the old town area and very walkable to many of the local points of interest. Nice large breakfast area. Laundry situation was funky, but no big deal.
