The staff were kind and helpful, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, the cleanliness was excellent, and the location is very convenient and close to everything. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again every time I visit Azerbaijan.

"The rooms were great. Breakfast was great. Location was amazing on the Boulevard. Had some issues initially. Was given a smoking room but Mr Anar (Night Manager) ensured that my non-smoking rooms are allocated next day. He was super helpful and a very friendly guy. Orkhan from the Bar was superb as well. Very helpful and had a great chat with him. Fatima from the restaurant was very courteous."

"Clean room, staff went out of their way to make it special for us. specially Sabina from reservation department, Salatine from reception and Chingez from room service, the whole of the restaurant team thank you for making it special for us. I can’t remember the name of the gentleman on reception who collected our luggage from the room. He was very helpful to us and guided us really well. All in all a wonderful hotel and excellent staff would come again. "
