"Overall experience was great. The cleaning staff need to clean the rooms better it was hair all around the bathroom and bedroom, the towels and wash clothes wasn’t clean they had strains and hair on them. The bathroom shower was dirty walls and around the bottom of the shower was nasty. The WiFi stop working and was poor connection the whole time. The pools on both ends of the resort was great and hot tubs, the adults pool could be clean more was trash and titles felt nasty… but my overall experience was great this my second time coming to this hotel and planning on coming again they just need to work on keeping it clean."
"The property is clean and has good beach access with plenty of pool and bar availability. The only concern is the access to dinner reservations in all inclusive restaurants. It is difficult to get into the restaurants and make reservations because they are full. We had to opt for three nights of extra paid meals at the optional restaurants not included in the all inclusive dining plans. Also, the lunch meals are available only at the bar grill and pizza restaurants. None of the other restaurants are open for lunch. We did not love the buffet lunch at Pelican Terrace because it was busy and limited. If you don’t care for buffet dining, it may be limiting for meal opportunities. The coffee shop was excellent and had wonderful pasties. It was a nice place to pick up a coffee and lite breakfast option. The bars had plentiful drinks and fruity specialty drinks and sodas."
"We loved everything about this resort! Location, well maintained, food was great, beds were comfortable.pool was beautiful .The staff was super friendly. The only thing missing for me would be an outdoor tiki bar before or after dinner. We will be back someday Barcelo!"
