Customer service at the hotel was excellent. Our original room booked wasn’t available when we arrived but Katherine noticed we were unhappy about it, and unprompted upgraded our room for the other days. Rooms were very spacious and new. Clean, nice location across the park and friendly bar staff especially Felix who haves excellent restaurant recommendations. Definitely will come again.

This is truly a luxury stay. Each room is unique, and the grounds feel like you’re walking through the forest. They have a superb restaurant for fine dining, and a selection of wines from the region. The staff greeted me out at the taxi, and walked us into the door, and offered us seats while they checked us in. The place is eco-friendly. The room lighting is controlled by Alexa, or the old-fashioned way. The staff was very attentive.

Magical!
This is one of the most beautiful vineyard properties in the world. There are only 4 residences which are all located inside of the growing rows of wine grapes. The property has beautiful views of the Andes that you see from your own private terrace. We took advantage of their tradition wood grill on our patio and grilled our own Argentine steaks most nights. We were so happy that we extended our stay as long as we could (3more nights)
Again just magical.

The hotel and staff were amazing. I loved the location because it’s right in the center of the main road, making it easy to get everywhere in either direction. My only feedback is that I wish there were more amenities, some of the ones that were “open” were still under construction, and the bar closed a bit earlier than expected. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Los apartamentos son preciosos, impecables, modernos y muy bien ubicados. Mucho más lindos aún que las fotos :) Atención muy amable y cordial. Recomendable 100%.

As we have come to expect from Four Seasons, we were made to feel luxuriously at home from the moment we arrived. Their level of service simply makes everywhere else pale in comparison.
Our concierge, Pablo, was the epitome of warmth and professionalism with excellent English!

We enjoyed our stay very much at the property - the front desk staff as well as the breakfast and cleaning crew were friendly, attentive, and happy to help. We appreciated that the desk staff spoke English, as they were able to help us book a show and contact a driver in Spanish. The breakfast is very nicely appointed in a nice area. The hotel is easy walking distance to many places, and easy for pick up by an Uber. Dinner, grocery, cafes and wine stores nearby, as well as short walks to...

We've recently stayed at both the Arakur as well as Los Cauquenes - apparently the two best hotels in Ushuaia. So we have some frame of reference for comparison. The Arakur wins out in almost every category. Only the view from the hotel room was slightly better at Los Cauquenes due to it being situated right at the water front.
Location:
Not within walking distance of downtown Ushuaia but closer than Los Cauquenes. Both hotels offer shuttle serves into town. Arakur takes about 10-15 minutes,...

This does not feel like a hotel, it is more like being in a private home. The staff is extraordinary! No request is too much for them and their demeanor is just so personal, friendly and sincere, it's like you are family to them. The rooms are modern, luxurious and sparkling clean. We spent 6 days upon arrival in Argentina and then our final 2 days prior to departing - everything was wonderful. Both rooms we had were fabulous, my wife loved the fabrics and marble. The only minor complaint in...

My whole experience at Los Cauquenes was extremely pleasant! The staff were friendly, food was great, wine selection were excellent, awesome view of the mountains and beagle channel from the balcony and dining of the resort. Will definitely recommend it to friends and family.
