La verdad que no puedo quejarme,la habitacion es pequeña,pero pa lo q ibamos a estar en el hotel..solo ibamos a dormir,y todos los dias hacian las habitaciones y el baño,y teniamos toallas limpias a diario,y por dos veces que llegamos al hotel mas temprano subieron a la habitacion a ver si necesitabamos algo,la verdad que todo muy bien :)

Hotel de buena relacion calidad/precio, muy buen ubicado y bien conectado con facil acceso al transporte publico londinense (estacion Paddington, metro y buses accesibles a pie). Buen servicio de desayuno, aunque el salon siempre abarrotado de huespedes complica la circulacion. Habitacion de linda vista a un jardin pero muy pequenia, TV diminuta y obsoleta. […] Mi valoracion seria mas alta si no fuera por la antipatica recepcionista de la maniana, y el hecho de cobrar 1 pound por absolutamente tooodo: 1pound por 15 minutos de internet obsoletamente lento, 1 pound por cada hoja impresa de un boarding card, incluso 1 pound por prestarnos un adaptador de enchufe!!! enfin para estadias de bajo presupuesto y solo para ir a dormir por las noches. Consejo: lleve muchos pounds para pagar extras... y tambien la tarjeta de credito, ya que le exigiran dejar un deposito de 20 pounds (que debo esperar me reembolsen en 1 semana). Leer más

me gusto el hotel, esta unpoco retirado del centro neuralgico de londres., pero la distancia se salva en 3 min, al metro y una vaz alli a 10 min, del centro. la zona super bonita y tranquila, la habitacion muy correcta pero se nos quedo un poco justa porque necesitamos una cama supletoria y para tres un poco justo. el desayuno esta bien y el servicio […] muy atento. la unica "queja" es que nos cobraron al llegar 20e. como franquicia y a dia de hoy 10 dias despues no nos han devuelto. Un Hotel pesimo, limpieza brillaba por su ausencia, baño estrecho, tiene 3 estrellas pero debveria tener 1 o ninguna, mo recobendaria es peferible pagar un poco mas ademas no es barato ah y ni idea del personal de español.

El cuarto y el hotel estaban en perfectas condiciones. Destaco la ubicación del hotel a pocas cuadras del metro y muy cerca de Notting Hill y otros centros comerciales. Servicio y calidad muy acorde al precio. Lo unico cuestionable es la falta de conexión a internet (no es gratis ni en el lobby) y el servicio de pago es pésimo y muy caro. I'm a student, so for me this place was like the Ritz! Clean, comfortable, and in a lovely location with ease of access to the city. Very reasonably priced. I'd definitely stay again.

the breakfast is just very basic. Quite far from the center. Only 2 electricity slots, one of them is near the floor, which is totally uncomfortable. Probably it is possible to have slightly better for this price. Bad Wi-Fi coverage, Wi-Fi costs additional payment. The rooms are kept clean.

The hotel was in a great location, walking distance from Kensington park and shop ect . Hotel was small but nice, staff were great- The room was just a room but clean. But was fine for what we wanted, just a one night over stay .

Convenient location for the tube lines and for Kensington Gardens & Hyde Park. Lots of restaurants in the area. Good breakfast at the hotel. My room overlooked a private park/square. Helpful staff.

Now I know when I booked that it said private bathroom outside room... But I didn't expect to have my toilet up one flight of stairs and the shower up another! Also the wifi didn't work in my room. Had booked a Triple Room for our stay-unfortunatley the rooms were so small that it felt claustrophobic. The dining area was extremely small too. Location wise it is close to the tube station which perhaps is the only positive comment that comes to mind.

The hotel is a budget hotel so don't go and expect the Ritz. However it is really good value for money and located near central tube lines and bus services. You can hear everything that goes on around you in this hotel. If you're extremely sound sensitive, do not stay here. It's terrible. Some of the staff are friendly, others are unbelievably rude. Breakfast is very basic. Wouldn't stay here again if i could avoid it.

I don't understand why this hotel has such bad reviews. My room was nice and a nice clean bathroom. It's literally like a 5 minute walk to the underground, and lots of good ethnic restaurants. It's also near Hyde Park, which is nice to visit. Breakfast was buffet style, with eggs, cereal, toast, jams, etc. I would definitely stay here again. Only gripe […] is that you had to pay for wifi. The location of the hotel was great! Short walk to two different tube stations and to Portobello road market, Hyde park and Whiteleys shopping centre. There was a receptionist 24/7. Considering the price of the hotel, you really can't expect much. The breakfast was ok and so was the room. The only big minus was that the room wasn't ventilated so it […] was really hot and musty.. Oh, and the room wasn't cleaned well, there were stains on out bathroom and the shower curtain was dirty. But like I said, you can't expect 5 star hotel with this price. Didn't care for the front desk person. A bit cheeky. The hotel was OK, not particularly well located for sight seeing but the walk from the tube was alright. The breakfast was good and they were very busy. The room provided expected comfort and a decent night sleep but the hotel was sa bit run down, the elkevator making disconcerting sounds every time […] it started to move. All in all I would still stay here again, using it as a hostel or just a place to sleep. WiFi costs extra and the rexeption is good only in the lobby. Leer más

Family room not what was advertised on internet. It consisted of a single room with a loft area containing 3 beds. Adults could not stand up in loft space. I complained and the manager reassigned us to two twin rooms!!Beware when booking family rooms!

This hotel was a steal at $50. But I wouldn't pay much more. The rooms were small, even for London (and I've lived in many tiny spaces, but this was quite absurd). The rooms were a bit dingy, the carpet was gross, the bed was a little old, the walls were cracked. There was only a single electrical outlet in the entire room and also just a space heater […] plugged into it. So one had to choose between the heater or a mobile phone charger. Hotel was very close to tube station, staff were friendly and helpful and neighbourhood was quiet. Room overall was clean. However, the bed was very uncomfortable with very hard and lumpy springs and worst of all I was bitten all night by something (probably mites) so I got very little sleep. An excellent budget hotel, within 15 minutes walk of Marble Arch. The hotel was tidy & the staff were friendly & helpful. The accommodation is comfortable & an excellent continental breakfast with a wide choice was available. The neighbouring area offers a wide range of restaurants, shops & traditional pubs. Would definately stay again.

I only stayed for one night in the Pembridge Palace Hotel but have to say it's good value for the money. My single room was very small (even for London) but had everything you would expect. Good location, two blocks from Bayswater Tube station. Room was clean and functional although the hotel itself seemed very tired and in desparate need of a renovation. Bathroom was separate from the room itself (I did have exclusive use of it though) but it was very cramped and some of the fixtures were falling off.
