Personal excelente ofreciéndose en todo momento para ayudarte ya sea en el idioma o en cualquier consulta o duda que uno tenga. Queda a pocos metros de la estación de Waterloo lo qual te permite coger metro. El autocar tiene parada delante el hotel. También el bus turístico queda cerca con lo qual puedes ir andando.Total que lo aconsejo en todo. Excelente hotel.

Comentado por un huésped de Hoteles.com el feb 16, 2013.El hotel está fenomenal: céntrico, limpio,nuevo y bien comunicado. A dos minutos andando de Liverpool Station. El hotel está nuevo, con tarima flotante en las habitaciones. La habitación es pequeña pero la cama es grande y el baño suficientemente amplio. Contratamos con expedia y las toallas, secador, TV... estaban incluidos en el precio. El personal es muy amable y atento. Un buen hotel a precio económico. Es cierto que se oye el metro (tuvimos las habitaciones en primera planta), pero el metro acaba a las 12.30 horas y hasta las 7.00 no funciona: para horario español, no es molesto.

Great location in centre of London. Hotel was great, even a problem with the room type on check in was dealt with promptly and efficiently and resolved to our satisfaction. We were in The Rembrandt for 5 nights. The location couldn't have been better being a 6 minute walk to a tube station, in a handy neighborhood with shops and restaurants, and across the street from the Victoria & Albert Museum. There was even a bus stop right in front. The hotel was full service with a generous breakfast buffet, a large bar area, restaurant […] (which we didn't try), and a bar cafe that was open late, a treasure when we arrived mid-evening after the day flight to London from New York. Staff was always responsive, the room was comfortable and spotless (it looked recently renovated in a nice modern style), the WiFi was reliable, there was a mini bar and safe, the bed was very comfortable, great lighting in the bathroom with a magnifying mirror, and the room was very, very quiet. As my title might suggest, the location of this hotel was fantastic, opposite the V & A, a short stroll from the Natural History and Science museums and a short walk in the other direction to Harrods. As well as the excellent location the staff at the hotel were all really helpful (we were very appreciative of the loan of an umbrella). The room we stayed […] in was basic but perfectly comfortable. My only small grumble would be that there was work going on in other rooms on the floor we were staying on which meant the corridors were covered with dust sheets and it was a bit chilly due to the doors to the outside being open but this didn't spoil our trip. Very disappointed in my room when I arrived from Canada, tiny, not what I expected from photos on line after complaining the manager changed the room for an extra 20 english pounds a night which is about 26 dollars canadian needless to say we found this very very disappointing. My stay at the Rembrandt was enjoyable, the room was tidy and a good size (Executive double room) , breakfast at the hotel was good. We arrived early on Sunday morning and of course had to wait for the room. However the usual check in time is midday, but we managed to get the room abnout 10.30am. When we finally got the room as we had already advised the hotel it was our wedding anniversary we were delighted to find a bottle of wine and card waiting for us. This was such a nice gesture […] and one we were suprised to receive. It's nice to receive such a personal gesture from a large Hotel group and i commend their customer service. "Great hotel in great location"
Wonderful position for what we wanted, combination of shopping and museums. Beautiful lounge and breakfast room. Bedroom of good size, nicely furnished with a fantastic view of the V and A.
